Shahzad brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial and investment experience across diverse sectors, including commodities, pharmaceuticals, technology, hospitality, and real estate. With a master’s in finance and an ongoing second master’s in organisational and business psychology, he combines financial discipline with behavioural insight — a combination that shapes how Enigma designs, governs, and aligns its investment offerings.

Shahzad has founded and led several ventures across multiple geographies, guiding them from inception through growth to successful exit. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle — with a focus on disciplined capital deployment, structural clarity, and the design of businesses built to scale and realise value.

At Enigma, he leads the development of the firm’s investment products and structuring strategy. His focus is on aligning investor priorities with robust, transparent frameworks — ensuring that each offering is engineered for clarity, resilience, and long-term performance.

Away from work, Shahzad is a keen hiker and golfer, and enjoys playing badminton with friends — pursuits that reflect his preference for rhythm, focus, and thoughtful pace.

Salman brings over two decades of experience leading clinical systems, primary care networks, and cross-sector healthcare initiatives across the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Master’s in Health and Social Care Management — a foundation that supports both his clinical expertise and systems leadership.

Salman has served in a number of senior roles within the National Health Service, including as Associate Medical Director at the Manchester Integrated Care Board and as Clinical Director of Middleton Primary Care Network. His focus has spanned service integration, healthcare commissioning, and community-based innovation — always grounded in collaborative governance and outcome-driven planning.

He is also the co-founder of Kingsman Care Group, a diversified healthcare organisation operating across pharmaceutical services, digital GP provision, and clinical staffing solutions.

At Enigma, Salman leads the firm’s capital strategy and investor relations. He draws on a career spent building trust with complex audiences — combining clarity of communication, stakeholder alignment, and executional discipline to build credibility in every engagement.

Rizwan brings over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale technical and infrastructure programmes across the UK. With a background in technology and systems development, he has led the planning and execution of multi-million-pound transformation projects — balancing complexity, compliance, and operational integrity across sectors.

Building on this foundation, Rizwan expanded his focus to include real estate development and asset operations. His experience spans residential refurbishment, planning coordination, and the operational oversight of property portfolios — always with a focus on aligning operational detail with long-term investment outcomes.

At Enigma, he leads the firm’s asset management and operational risk strategy — ensuring each investment is managed with precision, compliance, and value preservation at its core. Rizwan’s strength lies in building systems that quietly perform — designed for stability, scale, and trust.
